Whether securing the physical supply chain, monitoring your brand or providing a way to authenticate the product there are many ways to use innovative technology to fight counterfeiters, however staying ahead of the counterfeiters can sometimes be difficult. This session aims to highlight some of the key ways to stay ahead of counterfeiting and win the war.

Working effectively with customs and law enforcement agencies can make the difference between immediate and delayed action as well as a rapid take-down of infringers. This joint interactive session between two customs organisations aims to demonstrate how to build a complete case to present to authorities, how to motivate them to cooperate and how to quickly and efficiently identify and stop IP rights infringement.
